Chair Randall and members of the Board of Supervisors, thank you for the opportunity to speak this evening. My name is [YOUR NAME], and I am a resident of [YOUR CITY/TOWN].

We believe that this is an ideal location for flex warehouse, long term storage and other business uses and we are concerned that the County has so few areas, if at all, for our local trades people, contractors, warehouse and storage uses, and other businesses that are needed to serve our residents and the dwindling number of other business still located in the County.

We look forward to having new businesses in our community that would eliminate the need to travel east to Leesburg and beyond for services and activities.

This will be a well-designed project and will fit in with the community given the attention the owner has provided to architectural detail and the commitment to build in accordance with the graphics that they have presented. The screening and landscaping and tree preservation reflect a well-designed business park.

We appreciate the transportation improvements that are coming with this application and when combined with the public projects at 690/Hillsboro Road and improvements in the area of the 287/ Route 7 interchange, our traffic will finally get the improvements that we have sought for years.

I am supportive of the Valley Commerce Center application for the much-needed business and industrial park development along Purcellville Road and I ask that the Board support the application as well.

Chair Randall and members of the Board of Supervisors, thank you for the opportunity to speak this evening. My name is [YOUR NAME], and I am a [BUSINESS OWNER / OPERATOR] in the area.

We are interested in a new space to locate our business and grow and thrive while serving our local community, and we feel strongly about staying local and not going elsewhere, as so many businesses have done lately.

For such a long time, the Board has stated that they support diversification of the local economy, for services and business to locate toward the towns and not out in the rural area, and to provide jobs and services that are not part of one single business type. Please support this application.
