JK Land Holdings is dedicated to preserving historical and environmentally important properties through our conservation easement program. Recent initiatives include:
- NOVA Parks Riverfront: Donated 128 acres of wildlife habitat and river access for public recreation.
- Westpark Transformation: Converted 135 acres into a community park.
- JK Black Oak Sanctuary: Preserved 87 acres for diverse wildlife.
- JK Community Farm: Growing crops and livestock on 150 acres to alleviate hunger.
- Village of St. Louis: Safeguarded the first African American settlement in Loudoun County from development.
